Food waste grinder, replacement, provided the existing waste connection complies <br /> with the plumbing code listed in Chapter 35. <br /> 12. Gutters or above grade portions of downspouts; repair or replacement. <br /> 13. Painting, exterior or interior. <br /> 14. Paved areas for residential use on the same lot as the primary stxueture without roofs, <br /> covers or enclosures. <br /> 15. Plastering, patching. <br /> 16. Plumbing repairs which involve only the working parts of faucets or valves, the <br /> replacement of fancets or valves, the clearance of stoppages, or the replacement of <br /> fixture traps installed with approved drainage slip joints. <br /> 17.
