Westgate Avenue: On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the west thereof on Monday only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive Boulevard, hetween the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. Westmoreland Drive: On both sides from Flig Bend Boulevard to Williams Avenue except gdjgcent to ~?e~and~between the hours often a.m. and two p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. West Point Court: On both sides thereof from University Drive to Pershing Avenue between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m. on every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.020, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation.
