ORDINANCE NO. ~1~? <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE PARKVIEVV <br />GARDENS SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX ON <br />THE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002 SHALL BE SEVENTY- <br />SEVEN CENTS ($.77) PER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 100.00) ASSESSED <br />VALUATION; AND CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section I. There is hereby levied upon the real property subject to taxation in the Parkview . <br />Gardens Special Business District, an additional tax on the real property of said District for the fiscal <br />year 2001-2002 in the amount of SEVENTY-SEVEN CENTS ($.77) per ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($ 100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br /> Section 2, An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that the tax rate must be set in order <br />for the tax bills to go out at the appropriate time. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
