(f) <br /> <br />(4) The judgments collected by the municipal court clerk pursuant to this <br /> paragrap]h shall be paid into the state treasury monthly to the credit of the <br /> motorcycle safety trust fund. <br />In addition to all court costs: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court shall enter a judgment of twenty-five dollars <br />($25.00) against any defendant who is convicted of an intoxication-related <br />offense, as defined by Section 577.023 RSMo. Said judgment shall be in <br />favor of the spinal cord i[njury fund created by Section 304.027 RSMo and it <br />shall be collected by the clerk of the municipal court. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The judglnents collected by the clerk of the municipal court pursuant to this <br />paragraph shall be paid :into the state treasury to the credit of the spinal cord <br />injury Lad. The com~ clerk shall collect and disburse such judgment <br />mounts as provided in Sections 488.010 to 488.020 RSMo. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation fi.om any penalty heretofore inct~rred by violation of Section 2.26.280, nor bar the <br />prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, Section <br />1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 4.
