AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 7835 DELMAR CONDOMINIUMS AND LOCATED AT 7835 DELMAR. WHEREAS, on October 5, 2001, Evans Enterprises submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as 7835 Delmar Condominiums located at 7835 Delmar, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on October 24, 2001, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision ]plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with requirements of the Municipal Code of University City, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewithl is before the.. City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LrNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached., marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as 7835 Delmar Condominiums a tract of land being part of lot 32 of Central Suburbs, within U. S. Survey 2033, Township 45 North, Range 6 east of the fifLh principal meridian, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates 4 condominium units within the building located at 7835 Delmar. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municip,'fl Code, including Sectiori 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4.
