AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS SLAVIN'S SUBDIVISION AND LOCATED AT 312 GAY AND 8050 LAFON WHEREAS, on September 11, 2001, Dan Slavin represented by Larry Wurm of James Engineering submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Slavin's Subdivision located at 312 Gay and 8050 Lafon, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on October 24, 2001, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Slavin's Subdivision and located at 312 Gay and 8050 Lafon, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat resubdivides lots 1 and 2 and the western part of lot 3 of Clayton Gardens No. 3 Subdivision and divides the land into 3 lots to be known as lots A, B and C at 312 Gay and 8050 Lafon. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4.
