Vernon Avenue: On the north side thereof from a point five hundred (500) feet west of Ferguson to 66th Street, between the hours of four p.m. and six p.m. on every day of the week except Sunday and holidays. Washington Avenue: On the north side thereof on Wednesday only and on the south side thereof on Monday only, from Trinity Avenue to Melville Avenue; between the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. Westgate Avenue: On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the west thereof on Monday only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive Boulevard, between the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. Westmoreland Drive: On both sides from Big Bend Boulevard to the West property line of 7106 and 7117 Westm°rel~d Drive except adjacent to 7042 Westmoreland between the hours of ten a.m. and two p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. West Point Court: On both sides thereof from University Drive to Pershing Avenue between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m. on every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.020, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. Section 4. provided by law. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as 2002.
