BILL NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE PARKVIEW <br />GARDENS SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX ON <br />THE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 SHALL BE SEVENTY- <br />SEVEN CENTS ($.77) PER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 100.00) OF ASSESSED <br />VALUATION. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section I. There is hereby levied upon the real properb/subject to taxation in the Parkview <br />Gardens Special Business District, an additional tax on the real property of said District for the fiscal <br />year 2002-2003 in the amount of SEVENTY-SEVEN CENTS ($.77) per ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($ 100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
