AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE PARKVIEW <br />GARDENS SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX ON <br />THE REAL PROPERTY FORTHE FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 SHALL BE $.7980 PER <br />ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 100.00) OF ASSESSED VALUATION; AND <br />CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section I. There is hereby levied upon the real property subject to taxation in the Parkview <br />Gardens Special Business District, an additional tax on the real property of said District for the fiscal <br />year 2002-2003 in the amount of $.7980 per ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 100.00) of assessed <br />valuation. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
