AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN 5' UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN LOT 1 <br />OF MANSIONS ON THE PLAZA PLAT 1, AND LOCATED AT 8300 DELMAR <br />BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 1 of Mansions on the Plaza Plat 1, located at 8300 Delmar <br />Boulevard, has requested that the City vacate certain 5' easements on said Lot 1; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest would be served by such vacation, enabling the Land Clearance <br />for Redevelopment Authority of University City and the owner to carry out the Delmar/Delcrest <br />Redevelopment Project authorized by the LCRA and the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />City: <br /> <br />Section 1. The following described easements are hereby vacated by the City of University <br /> <br /> All 5' wide easements dedicated to the City of University City by and depicted in <br />the "Delcrest" subdivision plat, recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 46 of the St. Louis <br />County, Missouri, records, but only to the extent that such easements traverse Lot 1 of <br />Mansions on the Plaza Plat 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat <br />Book 348, Page 158 of the St. Louis County, Missouri, records. <br /> <br /> Section 2. A certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded in the real estate records of <br />St. Louis County, Missouri, at the owner's cost. <br /> <br /> Section 3. <br />provided by law. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall tak& effect and be in force from and after its passage as <br /> <br /> Section 4.
