AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS FORSYTH PLACE CONDOMINIUMS I AND <br />LOCATED AT 7320 FORSYTH. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, Manlin Mehlman Development Co., Inc. represented <br />by David F. Neiers of Helfrey, Simon & Jones, P.C. submitted for approval a final subdivision <br />plat of a tract of land to be known as Forsyth Place Condominiums located at 7320 Forsyth, <br />University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on Wednesday September 25, 2002, the University City Plan <br />Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, and recommended to the City Council of <br />University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Forsyth Condominiums I and located at 7320 <br />Forsyth, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat for construction <br />of a 12 unit, 3 story apartment building. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
