ORDINANCE NO.~/_0_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.44.020 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.020 PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING DESIGNATED HOURS," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT PARKING DURING DESIGNATED HOURS FROM 8059 TO 8065 TEASDALE AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions on specific streets, is hereby amended by repealing Section 10.44.020 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours, and enacting in lieu thereofa new section to be known as "Section 10.44.020 Parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours", thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking from 8059 to 8065 Teasdale Avenue between eight a.m. and eleven a.m. on Friday; so that said section, as so amended, shall read as follows: 10.44.020 Parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where parking is prohibited during the time herein set forth within the meaning of the title: Alta Dena Court: On the west side thereof from University Drive to Pershing Avenue between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m. On the east side thereof between the hours of one p.m. and three p.m. except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Balson Avenue: On the north side thereof from Jackson Avenue to the first high school service drive west of Jackson Avenue between the hours of eight a.m. and four p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays and election days. On both sides thereof from Purdue Avenue to Hanley Road between the hours of three-thirty p.m. and five p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. On both sides thereof from Purdue Avenue to Midland between the hours of one p.m. and four p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month. Bartmer Avenue: On the north side thereof on Wednesday only and on the south side thereof on Monday only, from Sutter Avenue to the east city limits; and between Ferguson Avenue and Kingsland Avenue between the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. Bemiston Avenue: On both sides from Delmar Boulevard to Washington Avenue between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m. Monday through Friday. Big Bend Boulevard: From Delmar Boulevard to Pershing Avenue between the hours of seven a.m. and nine a.m., and between the hours of four p.m. and six p.m. Monday through Saturday except holidays. c_,
