STREETS AT ALL TIMES," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT <br />PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON OLIVE BOULEVARD; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE <br />AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions on <br />specific streets, is hereby amended by repealing Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain <br />streets at all times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as "Section 10.44.010 Parking prohibited <br />on certain streets at all times"; so that said section, as so amended, shall read as follows: <br /> <br />10.44.010 Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times. <br /> The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is prohibited <br />at ali times: <br /> Alley between Kingsbury Boulevard and Pershing Avenue: For noncommercial vehicles, from the <br />west sidewalk line at Purdue Avenue to a point fifteen (15) feet west thereof, and from the east sidewalk line at <br />Jackson Avenue to a point fifteen (15) feet east thereof. <br /> Alley North of Loop North: Both sides thereof from the first alley east of Kingsland Avenue to Leland <br /> <br />Avenue. <br />feet. <br /> <br />Appleton Drive: North side from the east curb of Tamerton Avenue eastwardly for a distance of sixty (60) <br /> <br /> Asbury Avenue: East side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. <br /> Amherst Avenue: Along the perimeter of the triangular island at the intersection of Midland Boulevard <br />and Pennsylvania Avenue. <br /> Bartmer Industrial Drive: Both sides thereof from the driveway servicing 6324 Bartmer Industrial Drive <br />to a point eighty-five (85) feet east of the driveway and to a point eighty-five (85) feet west of the driveway. <br /> Big Bend Boulevard: Both sides, from the south city limits to Forsyth Boulevard, and from Lindell <br />Boulevard northwardly to Millbrook Boulevard. <br /> Blackberry Place: On the west side thereof from Shaftesbury Avenue to Blackberry Avenue. <br /> Bland Drive: West side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. <br /> Butch Lane cul-de-sac: From a point on the west side of the Burch Lane cul-de-sac forty-two (42) feet <br />north of the drive in front of 1169 Burch Lane, extending along the north and east sides of the cul-de-sac to the <br />frontage at 1156 Burch Lane. <br /> Canton Avenue: North side thereof between Partridge Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue. <br /> Center Drive: Both sides thereof and both sides of the median strip from Gannon Avenue to Amherst <br />Avenue. <br /> Chamberlain Avenue: At the west end of the 7400 block thereof, being approximately fifty (50) feet in <br />length and in the straight portion of the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River des Peres channel. South side thereof from <br />Midland Avenue to the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River des Peres channel. <br /> Clemens Avenue: North side thereof from Westgate Avenue east to Interdrive Walk. <br /> <br /> <br />
