ALP OF ~ CI'I'¥ O~ <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />1VE[S S OURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WI-I~CH PROVIDES THAT <br />THE COMMISSION SHALL DESIGN AND REBUILD THE INTERSECTION OF MOUNT <br />OLIVE AT OLIVE BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and Transportation <br />Commission Municipal Agreement," which is attached marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
