ORDINANCE NO.~~: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH AUTHORIZES <br />THE CITY TO REPLACE THE CANTON AVENUE BRIDGE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and TranSportation <br />Commission STP-URBAN PROGRAM AGREEMENT," which is attached marked Exhibit "A" and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
