BILL NO. ~(8'~ I <br /> <br />ORmSANC NO. bq: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER ~.08 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE <br />AND DECENCY, BY REPEALING SECTION 9.08.180 THEREOF, RELATING <br />TO SEXUAL MISCONDUCT, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW <br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 9.08.180 SEXUAL MISCONDUCT," <br />THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO DELETE THE TERMS <br />"DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE" AND "SEXUAL INTERCOURSE" BUT <br />CONTINUE TO INCLUDE SUCH CONDUCT IN THE DEFINITION OF "SEXUAL <br />CONDUCT;" CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 9.08 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to offenses <br />against public peace and decency, is hereby amended by repealing Section 9.08.180 thereof, <br />relating to sexual misconduct, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as "Section <br />9.08.180 Sexual misconduct," thereby amending said section so as to delete the terms "deviate <br />sexual intercourse" and "sexual intercourse" but continue to include such conduct in the <br />definition of "sexual conduct;" so that said section, as so amended, shall read as follows: <br /> <br />9.08.180 Sexual misconduct. <br /> <br />A. Definitions. As used in this section: <br /> <br />"Sexual conduct" means: <br /> <br />Any act involving the genitals of one person and the hand, mouth, tongue <br />or anus of another person or a sexual act involving the penetration, <br />however slight, of the male or female sex organ or the anus by a finger, <br />instrument or object done for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the <br />sexual desire of any person; or <br /> <br />Any penetration, however slight, of the female sex organ by the male sex <br />organ, whether or not an emission results; or <br /> <br />3. SexUal contact. <br /> <br />"Sexual contact" means any touching of another person with the genitals or any <br /> touching of the genitals or anus of another person, or the breast of a <br /> female person, or such touching through the clothing, for the purpose of <br /> arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person. <br /> <br />B.
