BILL NO. ~t'/¢ ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~f/¢ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "GANNON PLACE TOWNHOUSES <br />CONDOMINIUMS" AND LOCATED AT 7701, 7703, 7705, 7707, 7709, 7711 <br />AND 7713 GAN-NON. <br /> <br /> WHF_/LEAS, on August 1, 2003, David Stolwyk of Stolwyk & Ferrenbach, Inc. submitted <br />for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Gannon Place Townhouses <br />Condominiums" located at 7701, 7703, 7705, 7707, 7709, 7711 and 7713 Gannon, University <br />City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on August 27, 2003, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the Uiversity City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Gannon Place Townhouses Condominiums" <br />located at 7701, 7703, 7705, 7707, 7709, 7711 and 7713 Gannon, University City, Missouri, St. <br />Louis County, Missouri. The f'mal subdivision plat converts seven apartment units into <br />condominiums. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br />Section 4.
