AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "TULANE PLACE CONDOMINIUMS I" AND <br />LOCATED AT 7006 TULANE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 1, 2003, Anne P. Dykeman of Restorations Etc., Inc. submitted <br />for approval a fiaal subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Tulane Place <br />Condominiums" located at 7006 Tulane, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on August 27, 2003, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Zoning Code, and recommended to the City Council <br />of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Tulane Place Condominiums I" and located at <br />7006 Tulane, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat converts <br />two apartment units into condominiums. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />city. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
