BILL NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "VILLAS AT NOB HILL" AND LOCATED AT <br />1100 EIGHTY FIRST STREET. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 5, 2003, 81st Street LLC submitted for approval a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Villas At Nob Hill" located at 1100 Eighty <br />First Street, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on November 13, 2002, the University City Plan Commission <br />approved a preliminary subdivision plat of said land; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on September 24, 2003, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the approved preliminary plat, and recommended to the City Council of University City <br />approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Villas at Nob Hill" and located at 1100 Eighty <br />First Street, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates nine <br />lots and common ground for a planned development. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
