BILL NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDWISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "CENTRAL SUBURBS CONDOMINIUM" <br />AND LOCATED AT 7825 DELMAR. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 1, 2003, Constance Boxer submitted for approval a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Central Suburbs Condominium" located at <br />7825 Delmar, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on October 22, 2003, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University <br />City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOLrRI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Central Suburbs Condominium" and located at <br />7825 Delmar, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates two <br />condominiums from a two-family dwelling. <br /> <br /> Section 2: It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision Plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
