BILL NO. <br /> <br />'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2.66 OF THE UNIVERSITY <br />CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PLANNING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES, BY REPEALING SECTION 2.66.090 <br />THEREOF, RELATING TO INSPECTION FEES, AND ENACTING IN <br />LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION <br />2.66.090 INSPECTION FEES", THEREBY AMENDING SAD SECTION <br />SO AS TO DELETE THE OPTIONAL ANNUAL MULTIFAMILY <br />DWELLING FEE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 2.66 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to <br />planning and development fees, is hereby amended by repealing Section 2.66.090 <br />thereof, relating to inspection fees, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known <br />as "Section 2.66.090 Inspection fees," thereby amending said section so as to delete the <br />optional annual multifamily dwelling fee; so that said section, as so amended, shall read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />2.66.090 Inspection fees. <br /> <br />The fee charged for periodic inspections, special inspections, existing structure code <br />compliance and nonroutine permit inspections shall be as scheduled below, per <br />inspections: <br /> <br />A. Board-ups: <br /> <br />Monthly, per building <br /> <br />$11.40 <br /> <br />B. Elevators: <br /> <br />Per elevator 45.60 <br />Plus, per floor stop 5.70 <br /> <br />C. InspeCtion of existing residential structures: <br /> <br />One or two-family dwellings: <br />For first inspection and not more than two reinspections, <br />per dwelling unit <br />Structures with three or more dwelling units per structure, <br />for first inspection and not more than two reinspectiOns, <br />per dwelling unit <br /> <br />77.00 <br /> <br />60.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
