BILL NO. ~Q b~ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br /> OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOTS A AND B OF THE RESUBDIVISION <br /> OF LOTS 14 AND 15 IN BLOCK 4 OF WEST UNIVERSITY NO. 3 AND <br /> PART OF BENLOU AVENUE VACATED BY ORDINANCE #6172" AND <br /> LOCATED AT 7847 (LOT B) AND 7849 (LOT A) STANFORD AVENUE. <br /> ! <br /> WHEREAS, on November 1, 2003, Caroline and Vincent DeForest submitted for <br />approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lots A and B of the <br />Resubdivision of Lots 14 and 15 in Block 4 of West University No. 3 and Part of Benlou Avenue <br />Vacated by Ordinance #6172 located at 7847 (Lot B) and 7849 (Lot A) Stanford, University <br />City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on December 10, 2003, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council.of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIN D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lots A and B of the Resubdivision of Lots 14 <br />and 15 in Block 4 of West University No. 3 and Part Of Benlou Avenue Vacated by Ordinance <br />#6172 and located at 7847 (Lot B) and 7849 (Lot A) Stanford, University City, St. Louis County, <br />Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates two new lots in University City subdivided from two <br />vacant lots and half of a vacated street. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordin/~ly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby apprOved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the f'mal subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
