[ 0~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~(//~7~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH AUTHORIZES <br />THE CITY TO REMOVE AND REPLACE PURDUE AVENUE VEHICULAR BRIDGE <br />WITH A PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: ' <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and <br />Transportation Commission STP-URBAN PROGRAM AGREEMENT", which is attached <br />marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 2.
