BILL NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 7300 FORSYTH CONDOMINIUMS AND <br />LOCATED AT 7300 FORSYTH. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 6, 2004, Forsyth Place Condominiums, LLC submitted for approval <br />a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as 7300 Forsyth Condominiums located at <br />7300 Forsyth, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on June 23, 2004, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as 7300 Forsyth Condominiums and located at <br />7300 Forsyth, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat subdivides <br />the two unit building into condominiums. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. <br />as provided by law. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br /> <br />K:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA~x-7300fo.resubord.wpd <br /> <br /> <br />
