BILL NO, (~qt.¥~ ORDINANCE NO. ~"~ <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE UNIVERSITY <br /> CITY LOOP SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX <br /> ON THE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 SHALL BE $.678 <br /> FOR RESIDENTIAL AND $850 FOR COMMERCIAL PER ONE HUNDRED <br /> <br /> ($100.00) OF ASSESSED VALUATION; AND CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br /> CLAUSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. There is hereby levied upon the real property subject to taxation in the <br />University City Loop Special Business District, an additional tax on the real property of said <br />district for the fiscal year 2004-2005 in the amount of $.678 for residential and $.850 for <br />commercial, per each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br /> Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that the tax rate must be fixed not <br />later than September 1, 2004 pursuant to Section 67.110 RSMo. <br /> <br />Section 3.
