AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDWISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS 7261 DELMAR BOULEVARD <br />CONDOMINIUMS AND LOCATED AT 7261 DELMAR. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2004, U City Investments, LLC represented by Lisa D. <br />Krempasky submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as <br />"7261 Delmar Boulevard Condominiums" located at 7261 Delmar, University City, Missouri; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on July 28, 2004, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNWERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "7261 Delmar Boulevard Condominiums" and <br />located at 7261 Delmar, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat <br />converts a two-family dwelling into two condominium units. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
