ORDINANCE NO. ~q"15 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHICH PROVIDES <br />THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE GRANT FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION <br />ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES ON CANTON, GROBY, OLD BONHOMME AND <br />PERSHING AVENUE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and <br />Transportation Commission STP-Urban Program Agreement," which is attached marked Exhibit <br />"A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
