TO BARTMER AVE. RESERVING ANY PUBLIC EASEMENTS, AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI. WHEREAS, The two portions of the above walkways are public walkway in the Roth Grove Subdivision in University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri; and WHEREAS, due notice of public hearing to be held by the City of University City council Chambers at City Hall on August 16,2004 at 7:30 p.m., to hear any comments concerning the proposed vacation oftwo portions of above said walkway, was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, a newspaper of general circulation within said City, on August 4, 2004. WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at the time and place specified in said notices, and all comments concerning the vacation of two portions of above said walkway were duly heard and considered by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The two portions of above said walkway are Parcel A, located adjacent to 1063 Bartmer (50 feet wide) Ave. and 1061-1059 Bartmer (50 feet wide) Ave. and Parcel B, located adjacent to 6973 Olive (90 feet wide) Blvd. and 6975 Olive (90 feet wide) Blvd. in the City of University City in St. Louis County, Missouri, and all of the City of University City's right, title and therein hereby vacated, surrendered and quitclaimed, reserving, however, all public utility easement, if any; Parcel A and Parcel B are more specifically described as follows: PARCEL A Parcel A is approximately 10 feet wide by 96.54 / 100 feet long irregularly shaped. Parcel A is located adjacent to the east lot line of Lot 30 of the Roth Grove Subdivision and adjacent to the west lot line of Lot 7 of Block 6 of the Roth Grove Subdivision. Roth Grove Subdivision is a subdivision located within the City of University City and recorded in Plat Book 18, on Page 17 of the records of the St. Louis County, Recorder of Deeds. Parcel A is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 7 of Block 6 of the Roth Grove Subdivision and going 100 feet northwardly along the west lot line of the above said Lot 7 of Block 6 to a point. Then going westwardly 10.58 feet along the prolongation of the northwest lot line of the above Lot 7 of Block 6 to a point, then going 96.54 feet southwardly along the east lot line of Lot 30 of Block 1 of the Roth Grove subdivision to a point then going 10 feet eastwardly along a line being the prolongation of the above Lot 30 of Block 1 to the point of beginning. $
