Trinity Avenue at Delmar Boulevard: Northbound vehicles on the east leg of Trinity Avenue at <br />Delmar Boulevard between the hours of seven a.m. and nine a.m. and between the hours of four <br />p.m. and six p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation <br />from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.36, Section 10.36.150, nor <br />bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 3..
