<br />Section 2. Said property at 6668 Vernon is more fully described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of Lots 1 and 2, all of Lots 3 - 7 in Block 5 of Vernon Place as recorded in Plat <br />Book 7 Page 49 of the St. Louis County Recorders Office and part of Lot 17, Clemens <br />Extension of Olive Street Addition, being a portion of United States Survey 378, St. <br />Louis County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Eastern right of way Kingsland Avenue (60' <br />Wide) and the Southern right of way Vernon Avenue (60' Wide); thence, South 83 <br />Degrees 03 Minutes 57 Seconds East, 222.57'; thence, South 06 Degrees 56 Minutes <br />03 Seconds West, 187.12'; thence, North 83 Degrees 04 Minutes 18 Seconds West; <br />thence, North 07 Degrees 12 Minutes 09 Seconds East, 187.15' to the place of <br />beginning, less and excepting the West 10' of Lot 1 in Block 5 conveyed to the City of <br />University City by Deed recorded in Book 705 Page 500, St. Louis County Records, <br />containing 41725.65 square feet, or 0.96 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />The above described tract at 6668 Vernon has a St. Louis County locator number of <br />18H431221. <br /> <br />Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map ofthe City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", <br />and incorporated herein by this reference thereto. <br /> <br />Section 4. By Resolution No. ~, the City Council approved a preliminary <br />development plan for 6668 Vernon, known as "Kingsland Walk Condominiums," and authorized the <br />preparation of a final development plan. See Preliminary Development Plan Application P0400 14. <br />A final development plan and plat (if applicable) must be approved by the City Council prior to the <br />issuance of any building permits in connection with the development. The number and type of <br />dwelling units authorized, including the number of bedrooms per dwelling unit by type, shall be as <br />permitted for the zoning classification of Dwellings, Elevator Apartments, and consistent with <br />Preliminary Development Plan Application P0400 14; except that the maximum number of dwelling <br />units shall not exceed thirty and the maximum number of bedrooms per dwelling unit shall not <br />exceed two. <br /> <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the persecution of any <br />such violation. <br /> <br />Section 6. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions ofthis ordinance <br />shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, Section 34.115 of <br />the University City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as <br />provided by law. <br />
