Preliminary Development Plan Review Procedure. The review procedure for a <br />preliminary development plan shall be in accordance with the review procedure <br />for a preliminary plat, specified under Section 16.12.090 ofthe University City <br />Municipal Code, except that the decision of the plan commission shall be in the <br />form of a recommendation to the city council. The plan commission may <br />recommend approval, disapproval or approval with amendments, conditions or <br />restrictions with respect to the preliminary development plan. A (part)), 1997) <br /> <br />34-40.13 Public hearing on preliminary development plan and rezoning request. <br /> <br />A public hearing on the rezoning request and the associated preliminary <br />development plan shall take place before the city council in accordance with <br />Section 34-162.3, Article 14, "Amendments." (Ord. 6139 9 1 (Exh. A (part)), <br />1997) <br /> <br />34-40.14 City council action on preliminary development plan and rezoning <br />request. <br /> <br />1. City council action on the rezoning request shall be subject to the provisions of <br />Section 34-162.4, Article 14, "Amendments." <br /> <br />2. If the preliminary development plan is approved by the city council, it shall <br />adopt a resolution approving said preliminary development plan, with conditions <br />as may be specified and authorizing the preparation of the final development plan. <br /> <br />3. Simultaneously with the approval of the preliminary development plan, the city <br />council shall adopt an ordinance rezoning the site to the appropriate "PD" district <br />and said ordinance shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> <br />a.
