Group homes for the handicapped, small, where the group home dwelling <br />unit is one thousand (1,000) feet or less from any existing group home <br />dwelling unit; <br />8. Group homes for the handicapped, large; <br />9. Police or fire stations; <br />10. Parks and playgrounds, public or private not-for-profit; <br />11. Public utility facilities, excluding communication towers; <br />12. Recreation facilities, common; <br />13. Rental offices associated with residential developments; <br />14. Schools, private; except trade, technical or business schools, college and <br />university facilities. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed to so as to releive any person, <br />firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 34-32.4, <br />nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Title 1 Chapter <br />1.12.010 of the Municipal Code ofthe City of University City. <br /> <br />Section 4.
