<br />permit fees, electrical permit fees, mechanical permit fees, plumbing <br />permit fees, application fees, inspection fees, and other fees. <br /> <br />112.4.2 Conditional permit: Occupation shall be permitted on a conditional basis when <br />in the judgment of the code official practical difficulties interfere with completing all <br />repairs required to bring the premises into full compliance with this code prior to <br />permitting the occupation of the premises, there are no conditions on the premises which <br />threaten the health or safety of an occupant, and the code official is satisfied that the <br />premises will be brought into compliance with the requirements of this code within a <br />sixty (60) day period. No conditional permit shall be issued under the provisions of this <br />code for premises which have been newly constructed, newly altered, or on which a <br />change in use is proposed unless a certificate of occupancy has first been issued under the <br />provisions of the building code. <br /> <br />112.4.3 Rejection of application: If the application does not comply with the <br />requirements of all pertinent laws, the code official shall reject such application in <br />writing, stating the reasons thereof. <br /> <br />112.5 Suspension of permit: Any permit issued shall become invalid if the occupation of <br />the premises is not commenced within six months after issuance of the permit or if the <br />occupation is terminated. <br /> <br />112.6 Revocation of permit: The code official shall revoke a permit in case of any false <br />statement or substantial misrepresentation of facts in the application on which a permit <br />was based, in the event a structure is condemned pursuant to this code, or when <br />compliance with the requirements of this code is not achieved within sixty (60) days from <br />the date of issuance of the permit. <br /> <br />(SECTION 113 VACANT BUILDING <br />REGISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE) <br /> <br />113.1 Vacant building defined: As used in this section, "vacant building" means any <br />residential or nonresidential building, or any part thereof, which is not occupied and has <br />not been occupied for at least the preceding ninety (90) days by a person who has a legal <br />right to be on the premises. <br /> <br />113.2 Registration required: The owner of a vacant building shall register the building <br />with the code official no later than thirty (30) days after it becomes a vacant building <br />within the meaning of Section 113.1. The registration shall be on forms provided by the <br />code official and shall include all information the code official may require. The <br />registration shall remain valid for one year from the date the code official approves the <br />registration, unless terminated sooner. The owner shall renew the registration annually so <br />long as the building remains vacant. If ownership of a building is transferred while the <br />building is registered, the former owner shall immediately notify the code official in <br />writing of the transfer and the new owner shall register the building with the code official <br /> <br />13 <br />
