<br />BILL NO. <6'11 ~ ORDINANCE NO. Cos1-Jlf- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 15 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MUNICIP AL CODE, RELATING TO THE BUILDINGS AND <br />CONSTRUCTION, BY ENACTING THEREIN A NEW CHAPTER TO BE <br />KNOWN AS "CHAPTER 15.07 PLUMBING CODE"; CONTAINING A <br />SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Title 15 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to the buildings and <br />construction, is hereby amended by enacting therein a new chapter to be known as "Chapter <br />15.07 Plumbing Code", which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 15.07 <br />Plumbing Code <br /> <br />Section 15.07.010 Adoption. <br /> <br />The International Plumbing Code, 2003 Edition, as published by the International Code <br />Council, Inc., three copies of which were on file in the office of the city clerk for a period of <br />ninety days prior to the adoption of this Ordinance and available for public use, inspection <br />and examination, and a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference <br />as if fully set forth herein, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of University <br />City, Missouri, subject to the amendments, additions, insertions, deletions and changes set <br />out in Section 15.07.020 of this chapter. <br /> <br />Section 15.07.020 Additions, insertions, deletions and amendments. <br /> <br />The following numbered sections and subsections of the International Plumbing Code, 2003 <br />Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., are hereby amended by <br />additions, insertions, deletions and changes so that such sections and subsections shall read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION) <br />(SECTION 101 GENERAL) <br /> <br />101.1 Title: These regulations shall be known as the Plumbing Code for the City of <br />University City, Missouri, hereinafter referred to as "this code". <br />
