BILL NO. <6'11 ~ ORDINANCE NO. Cos1-Jlf- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 15 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIP AL CODE, RELATING TO THE BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION, BY ENACTING THEREIN A NEW CHAPTER TO BE KNOWN AS "CHAPTER 15.07 PLUMBING CODE"; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Title 15 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to the buildings and construction, is hereby amended by enacting therein a new chapter to be known as "Chapter 15.07 Plumbing Code", which shall read as follows: Chapter 15.07 Plumbing Code Section 15.07.010 Adoption. The International Plumbing Code, 2003 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., three copies of which were on file in the office of the city clerk for a period of ninety days prior to the adoption of this Ordinance and available for public use, inspection and examination, and a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of University City, Missouri, subject to the amendments, additions, insertions, deletions and changes set out in Section 15.07.020 of this chapter. Section 15.07.020 Additions, insertions, deletions and amendments. The following numbered sections and subsections of the International Plumbing Code, 2003 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., are hereby amended by additions, insertions, deletions and changes so that such sections and subsections shall read as follows: (CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION) (SECTION 101 GENERAL) 101.1 Title: These regulations shall be known as the Plumbing Code for the City of University City, Missouri, hereinafter referred to as "this code".
