<br />BILL NO. jJ<llj <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~5Sq <br /> <br />ORDINANCE DECLARING RESULTS OF BOND ELECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of University City, Missouri (the "City"), held an election on November 2, <br />2004 (the "Election"), on the following proposition: <br /> <br />PROPOSITION C <br /> <br />Shall the City of University City, Missouri issue and sell general obligation <br />bonds in the amount of $2,000,000 for the purpose of renovating and <br />improving its City Hall, including the annex, parking lots, walkways, and <br />lawns? <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is hereby found and determined that it is necessary to declare the results of the <br />Election in accordance with Section 44 of the City's Charter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Declaration of Results. The City hereby declares the results of the Election as <br />certified by the Board of Election Commissioners of S1. Louis County, Missouri in the abstract of votes <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
