BILL NO. ~g{ ORDINANCE NO. (P55 5' AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE GRANT, SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF LAND AT 722 LIMIT AVENUE TO HIGHLAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City of University City, Missouri is the owner of land at 722 Limit A venue in St. Louis County, Missouri, more fully described as follows: North Parkview Subdivision Block 6, Lot 8, Part 7, unimproved. Locator Number 18H420403. Section 2. In consideration of the sum of two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000.00) and other valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of University City, Missouri, hereby authorizes the grant, sale and conveyance of said property to Highland Development Company. Section 3. The City Manager of the City of University City, Missouri is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, all documents in connection with said grant, sale and conveyance, including but not limited to the attached "Special Sale Contract," which is adopted and incorporated by reference herein, and a deed granting, selling and conveying said property to Highland Development Company.
