<br />BILL NO. ~Y\ ~C/ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />(P551! <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "THE VILLAS AT FOUNTAIN PLACE <br />CONDOMINIUMS - LOTS 4 AND 7" AND LOCATED AT 8001-3 and 8010-12 <br />PRESIDIO COURT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on Apri18, 2005, M & M 8pl Street, LLC submitted for approval a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "The Villas at Fountain Place Condominiums - <br />Lots 4 and 7" located at 8001-3 and 8010-12 Presidio Court, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 27, 2005, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "The Villas at Fountain Place Condominiums - <br />Lots 4 and 7" and located at 8001-3 and 8010-12 Presidio Court, University City, St. Louis <br />County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates 4 condominium units. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "B" is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br />Section 4.
