Rosenberger and wife by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 2017 Page <br />452 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along East line of said Rosenberger <br />property, North 1 degree 01 minute East, 302.06 feet to a point; thence South 88 <br />degrees 59 minutes East, 132.00 feet to the East line of said Lot 10; thence South <br />along the East line of North line of said Lot 20, 323.24 feet to the North line of <br />Olive Street Road; thence West along the North line of Olive Street Road 142.68 <br />feet to the place of beginning. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution of <br />any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 5. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, <br />Section 34.115 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br />Section 6.
