<br />BILL NO. <br /> <br />g~{ I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />&5 ~O <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE UNIVERSITY <br />CITY LOOP SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX <br />ON THE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 SHALL BE $.635 <br />FOR RESIDENTIAL AND $.785 FOR COMMERCIAL PER ONE HUNDRED <br />($100.00) OF ASSESSED VALUATION; AND CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br />CLAUSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. There is hereby levied upon the real property subject to taxation in the <br />University City Loop Special Business District, an additional tax on the real property of said <br />district for the fiscal year 2005-2006 in the amount of $.635 for residential and $.785 for <br />commercial, per each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br />Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that the tax rate must be fixed not <br />later than September 1, 2005 pursuant to Section 67.110 RSMo. <br /> <br />Section 3.
