<br />BILL NO. -a~ 15 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />(;;5 F ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE PARKVIEW <br />GARDENS SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX ON <br />THE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 SHALL BE $.85 FOR <br />RESIDENTIAL AND $.803 FOR COMMERCIAL PER ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) <br />OF ASSESSED VALUATION; AND CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. j <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. There is hereby levied upon the real property subject to taxation in the <br />Parkview Gardens Special Business District, an additional tax on the real property of said <br />District for the fiscal year 2005-2006 in the amount of $.85 for residential and $.803 for <br />commercial per ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br />Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that the tax rate must be fixed not <br />later than September 1, 2005 pursuant to Section 67.110 RSMo. <br /> <br />Section 3.
