<br />:3 <br /> <br />BILL NO. <br /> <br />g;>8d.-O <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. t?5l?Cj <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "CLA YMONT PLACE CONDOMINIUMS <br />PHASE 3" AND LOCATED AT 540 NORTH & SOUTH, THEREBY <br />CREATING A CONDOMINIUM FORM OF OWNERSHIP. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 9,2005, Fischer & Frichtel submitted for approval a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract ofland to be known as "Claymont Place Condominiums Phase 3" <br />located at 540 North & South, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting oa.7 E P TE P1 B5~ /1.;;l des- the University City <br />Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in <br />substantial compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and <br />recommended to the City Council of University City approval ofthe final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fmal subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract ofland to be known as "Claymont Place Condominiums Phase 3" and <br />located at 540 North & South, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final <br />subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership of the property by creating twenty- <br />two (22) condominium units within the building located at 540 North & South. The <br />condominiums shall be known as units 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106,201,202,203,204,205, <br />206,301,302,303,304,305,306,401,402,404 and 406. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 3.
