<br />An Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement
<br />between the City of University City and the Missouri Highways and Transportation
<br />Commission providing for the maintenance of ornarrientallighting, paved shoulder,
<br />and 'sidewalk streetscape features on Commission Right-of-Way.
<br />
<br />Be it ordained by the City Council of University City as follows:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf
<br />of the City of University City an agreement with the Missouri Highways and
<br />Transportation Commission providing for the maintenance of ornamental lighting,
<br />paved shoulder, and sidewalk streetscape features on Commission Right-of~Way.
<br />
<br />Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances therefore enacted
<br />which are in conflict herewith are hereby repea1ed.
<br />
<br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
<br />date of its passage and approval. Read three times, passed and approved on the 30t/....
