<br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A
<br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS THE VILLAS A T FOUNTAIN PLACE
<br />CONDOMINIUMS LOTS 3, 5, 6, 8 AND 9 AND LOCATED AT 8000, 8002,
<br />8004,8005,8006,8007,8012,8014,8016 AND 8018 PRESIDIO COURT.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on November 29,2005, Manlin 1 Mehlman Development submitted for
<br />approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as the Villas at Fountain Place
<br />Condominiums Lots 3,5,6,8 and 9 located at 8000,8002,8004,8005,8006,8007,8012,8014,
<br />8016 and 8018 Presidio Ct., University City, Missouri; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a
<br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal
<br />Code; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on January 4,2006, the University City Plan Commission
<br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance
<br />with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University
<br />City approval of the final plat; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and
<br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final
<br />subdivision plat of a tract ofland to be known as the Villas at Fountain Place Condominiums
<br />Lots 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9 and located at 8000,8002,8004,8005,8006,8007,8008,8014,8016, and
<br />8018 Presidio Court, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat
<br />subdivides five two-family dwellings into ten condominium units.
<br />
<br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full
<br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof.
<br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved.
<br />
<br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision
<br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University
<br />City.
