INTRODUCED BY: Ms. Shelley Welsch DATE: February 13,2006 BILL NO. 8854 ORDINANCE NO. 6620 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "ENRIGHT AND INTERDRIVE CONDOMINIUM" AND LOCATED AT 6409 ENRIGHT, 6415 ENRIGHT AND 705 INTERDRIVE. WHEREAS, on December 28, 2005, CJ Real Estate Company, LLC c/o Larry Wurm of James Engineering submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Enright and Interdrive Condominium" located at 6409 Enright, 6415 Enright and 705 Interdrive, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on January 25,2006, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "Enright and Interdrive Condominium" and located at 6409 Enright, 6415 Enright and 705 Interdrive, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat subdivides the buildings for condominium ownership with 13 units being created. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved.
