<br />INTRODUCED BY: Ms. Sandi Colquitt <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />03/06/06 <br /> <br />BILL NO. <br /> <br />8861 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO 6626 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "THE RESIDENCES OF TULANE" <br />AND LOCA TED AT 7002 TULANE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 25, 2006, Highland Homes submitted for approval a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "The Residences of Tulane" located at 7002 <br />Tulane, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on February 22, 2006, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University <br />City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "The Residences of Tulane" and located at <br />7002 Tulane, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates two <br />condominium units. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />as provided by law. <br />
