INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Robert Wagner DATE: 03/06/06 BILL NO. 8862 ORDINANCE NO. 6627 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "THE VILLAS A T FOUNTAIN PLACE CONDOMINIUMS - LOTS 1 AND 2" AND LOCATED AT 8009, 8011, 8013 AND 8015 PRESIDIO COURT. WHEREAS, on January 25,2006, Manlin / Mehlman Development submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract ofland to be known as "The Villas at Fountain Place Condominiums - Lots 1 and 2" located at 8009,8011,8013 and 8015 Presidio Court, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on February 22, 2006, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "The Villas at Fountain Place Condominiums - Lots 1 and 2" and located at 8009, 8011, 8013 and 8015 Presidio Court, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates four condominium units. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law.
