INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Sharpe ,Jr. DATE: May 22, 2006 BILL NO. 8874 ORDINANCE NO 6638 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS "1084 NORTH AND SOUTH CONDOMINIUM" AND LOCATED AT 1084 NORTH AND SOUTH. WHEREAS, on April 7, 2006, Mei and Chen Yang submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as "I 084 North and South Condominium" located at 10-84 North and South, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 26, 2006, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat ofa tract ofland to be known as "1084 North and South Condominium" and located at 1084 North & South, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates two condominiums. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law.
