<br />INTRODUCED BY: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />DATE: July to, 2006 <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8900 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 6661 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS A739 HEMAN AVENUE CONDOMINIUMS@ <br />AND LOCATED AT 739 HEMAN. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 6, 2006, 739 Condo Association represented by S. Blake Ashby <br />submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as A 739 Heman <br />Avenue Condominiums@ located at 739 Heman, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat creates a condominium form of ownership, a <br />minor subdivision within the meaning in Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on June 28, 2006, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University city Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit M@ and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat ofa tract ofland to be known as A739 Heman Avenue Condominiums@ and <br />located at 739 Heman Avenue, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final <br />subdivision plat subdivides the building into three condominium units. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit M@ is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand ofthe City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br />Section 4.
