Said property at 8342 Delcrest is more fully described as follows: A tract of land being part of Lot 6, all of Lots 7 and 8 of Delcrest Subdivision, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 45 page 46 of the St. Louis County Land Records Office in St. Louis County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 8 of the aforementioned Delcrest; thence northwardly along the common lines of Lots 8 and 9; North 38 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 346.16 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 8; said point being on the southern right of way of Delcrest Drive (60' wide); thence along said right of way along a curve to the left, whose radius point bears North 38 degrees 57 minutes 56 seconds East, having a radius of 822.00 feet, an arc length of 405.80 feet; a delta of 28 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds; thence leaving said right of way South 11 degrees 40 minutes 43 seconds West a distance of 671.59 feet to a point; thence South 54 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 41.25 feet to a point on the northern right of way line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad right of way (100' wide); thence along said right of way line north 35 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 584.80 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 5679.65 feet, an arc length of 128.00 feet and a delta of 01 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds to the point of beginning containing 260,521 square feet, more or less. The above described tract having a St. Louis County locator number of 18K420601. Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof. Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution of any such violation. Section 5. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, Section 34.115 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City.
