<br />Bill Re: Rezoning of 965 Midland Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Parts of Lots 30 and 31 in Block 2 of Balson Subdivision of Shaftesbury <br />Heights, Plat Book 10 Page 3 and on plat of widening of Midland Avenue in <br />said subdivision and described as beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot <br />30 thence South along the West line of Lot 30, 134 feet thence East along the <br />South line of said Lots 30 and 31, 94 feet more or less to the West line of <br />Midland A venue, as shown on the plat of widening of Midland A venue in said <br />subdivision thence Northwest along said West line of Midland A venue to the <br />South line of Dorsett avenue and thence West along the said South line 44 feet 1 <br />1/2 inches to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />The above described tract having a St. Louis County locator number of <br />171211007. <br /> <br />Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit <br />"A", and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution <br />of any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 5. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, <br />Section 34.115 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br />Section 6.
